Product Description TROUBLESHOOTING 1. THE SHOWER HEAD IS TOO HEAVY Like any shower head weighing more than 400g may cause the slider bracket to rotate and the head to drop. To overcome this all you need to do is get the head at the correct angle and remove it from the bracket, then you should see a small screw on the bracket, tightening the screw should do the trick. 2. THE SHOWER HEAD LEAKS After tightening the threads may have slight spaces between the pipe and fitting which could cause a leak so a pipe sealant should be used to ensure any gaps are filled. Our package includes a plumber’s tape and a plumbing washer to help the threads deform and achieve a leak-free seal. 3. THE WATER PRESSURE IS WEAK Water pressure can vary greatly depending on where you live and how close your home is to the water network. The further and higher you are from the nearest supply, the weaker your pressure will be. Our shower head works by pushing water out through an ultra-slim faceplate thus providing a strong invigorating spray. However, it demands a minimum of 1.5 bars of water pressure to work well. 4.
