Thorough, even results With the original planetary action around the bowl, the hook reaches all parts of your mixture. Step 1 of 4 : Turn speed to 0 Turn the stand mixer speed control to ‘0’ (Off). Unplug mixer or disconnect power. Step 2 of 4: Tilt head back Hold locking lever in the unlock position and tilt motor head back. Step 3 of 4: Push on to shaft Slip accessory on to beater shaft and press upward as far as possible. Then turn the accessory to the right, hooking accessory over the pin on the shaft. Step 4 of 4: Remove after use After use: Repeat steps 1 and 2. Push accessory upward as far as possible and turn to the left. Then pull accessory from the beater shaft. Turn speed to 0 Tilt head back Push on to shaft Remove after use
